2025 KAHĀ Organizers and Presenters

Registration & Sched Instructions

To register for the conference, please use the Registration link. Our event uses Sched, which is the system we will use for ticketing, workshop selection, schedules, and announcements.

Step 1 — Create Your Sched Account

After clicking the registration link, you will be prompted to create a free Sched account using your email address and a password.

Please use an email you check regularly. This is how you will receive your receipt, schedule updates, and important event information.

Important: Each attendee must create their own Sched login and complete their own registration form. Only one ticket may be purchased per registrant. You will notice during checkout that the system limits purchases to one ticket so that every participant has their own account, personal schedule, and QR code for workshop check-in.

Step 2 — Select your Ticket and Workshops

Once logged in, purchase your ticket and choose your workshops for each session. Workshops have limited seating and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly recommend registering early. You may adjust your workshop selections at any time until registration closes, as long as space remains available in the class. If a workshop is full, you may join the waitlist.

Step 3 — Download the Sched app (Recommended)

We highly encourage downloading the Sched app on your phone or tablet:

Open the app and search for “KAHĀ 2026” under Events

Log in using the same email and password you used to register

The app will allow you to:

• View your personal schedule at any time

• Receive important announcements and reminders

• See room locations and last-minute changes

• Check in to workshops using your personal QR code (no printed schedule needed)

Helpful Tips

• Your personal schedule is automatically saved once you select workshops

• You can adjust your workshop choices (if space is available) until registration closes

• Each morning of KAHĀ 2026, you will also receive a daily schedule email reminder

• Please keep your login information in a safe place
