We will strive to accommodate all requests and will establish a waiting list should any session reach full capacity. Additionally, a schedule adjustment may be required, and registered participants will be promptly notified of any changes.

Services

For the workshops and events we offer, the following refund policy applies:

• Full Refund:
Cancellations received on or before April 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Hawaiʻi Time are eligible for a full refund.

• Partial Refund (50%):
Cancellations received between May 1, 2026, and May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Hawaiʻi Time are eligible for a 50% refund.

• No Refund:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after June 1, 2026.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us, and we will consider your case. Cancellations can be requested by emailing the KAHĀ organizers at hawaiikaha@gmail.com.  Please note that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

COVID-19:

If you are unable to attend due to a positive COVID-19 test, symptoms, or exposure, we are offering a flexible cancellation polic,y and you will receive a full refund of your pre-paid registration fee. Please contact the organizers of Ka Aha Ho’olauna Aloha Inc. as soon as possible to let us know you are unable to attend the event. Please note that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Physical Products

For physical products purchased from Ka ʻAha Hoʻolauna Aloha, Inc., you have 30 calendar days from the date you received it to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

• You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

By participating in Ka ʻAha Hoʻolauna Aloha Inc. events, you acknowledge and consent to the following terms regarding the use of your likeness and any photographs or video footage taken during the event.

Grant of Rights: I hereby grant Ka ʻAha Hoʻolauna Aloha, Inc., its affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns the irrevocable right and permission to take, use, re-use, publish, and republish photographs or video footage of me or in which I may be included, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations, in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, made through any medium at their studios or elsewhere, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, specifically including but not limited to print media, digital media, and online media, for art, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever.

Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge Ka ʻAha Hoʻolauna Aloha, Inc. from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs or video footage, including but not limited to any claims for defamation or invasion of privacy.

No Compensation: I understand that I will not be compensated for any use of the photographs or video footage that contains my likeness.

Age Confirmation: I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age, or, if not, that my parent or legal guardian has agreed to this release to give consent on my behalf.

This, and all Ka Aha Ho’olauna Aloha Inc. conferences, are places for Ka Aha Ho’olauna Aloha Inc. attendees to meet, learn, interact, and share ideas. In doing so, it is important that attendees build a community grounded in purpose, trust, and boundaries. As in any community, members have different opinions and choose to express those ideas in many ways. However, community is most effective when we remember a few rules that foster respect for individuals, groups, and the organization. To participate in this conference, you must follow the policies outlined below.

• The content presented at this conference is meant for Ka Aha Ho’olauna Aloha Inc. attendees only and is intended to fulfill our mission of fostering inclusivity, celebrating and perpetuating the wisdom of Hawaiian culture to enlighten hearts, heal divisions, and nurture harmonious coexistence.

• Audio or video recording of any kind at the conference without the express written consent of Ka Aha Ho’olauna Aloha Inc. is unlawful and strictly prohibited.

• All conference attendees must register individually.

• By registering for this conference, you agree not to impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, nor share your conference credentials with someone not registered for the conference.

• You agree not to share any material that you know to be false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or that otherwise violates any local, state, or federal law. No unauthorized distribution of any materials at the conference is permitted.

• You further agree not to transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.

• You agree to follow all conference and facility rules and guidelines.

Ka Aha Ho’olauna Aloha Inc. cannot eliminate the risk of personal injury, illness, property loss, or death while attending its conferences or entering the premises where its events are held. Such risks may include, but are not limited to, exposure to communicable diseases (including COVID-19), slips, falls, physical exertion, environmental conditions, and interactions with other participants. By choosing to attend a conference organized by Ka Aha Ho’olauna Aloha Inc. and entering the event premises, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily exposing yourself to these risks.

• ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I acknowledge that attending a Ka Aha Ho’olauna Aloha Inc. conference involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, permanent disability, death, and property damage, whether caused by my own actions, the actions of others, or conditions of the premises. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks associated with attending the event.

• WAIVER OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and waive any right to bring suit against Ka Aha Ho’olauna Aloha Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, or representatives for any claims arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including claims based on negligence. This waiver includes claims for personal injury, illness, death, disease, or property loss, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

• CHOICE OF LAW: I understand and agree that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
  

Voluntary Agreement: 

By registering for this conference, you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed above. Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions may result in consequences, including your removal from the conference without a refund.
